Voralia looks like the world you know. Same countries, same faces, same daily routines. But here, one thing has always been true: some people eat others. And over time, the whole world had to come to terms with that.
The basics
So, what is vore exactly?
Vore refers to the act of one person swallowing another whole, orally. In Voralia, this is not a condition or a disorder. It is a biological reality that some people are simply born with, while others develop the ability when they reach adulthood. Those who can do it are called preds. They are physically capable of swallowing one person, sometimes more, and digesting them completely.
The people who end up eaten are called preys. Some go willingly. Others do not get much of a say, because a pred found them tasty, or simply wanted them gone. Then there are the observers: people who are neither pred nor prey, just trying to get through their day in a world where the person sitting next to them might have someone inside them right now. They could be the friend of a pred, the family member of someone who was digested, or just a bystander who once watched a vore scene play out in public and has not quite processed it since.
The process itself is exactly what it sounds like. A pred swallows someone whole. That person ends up inside their stomach: warm, narrow, and not exactly spacious. Nobody invented this. Nobody chose it. It has just always been part of the world, with traces going as far back as antiquity. Some historians and vore specialists believe Cleopatra herself was a pred.
How do you spot a pred?
Preds tend to have fuller, rounder proportions than average, and that has nothing to do with what they have eaten recently. For women, this usually shows up as a rounder belly, a larger chest, fuller hips and thighs. For men, it is mostly a noticeably large belly. These are just how preds are built, whether they have eaten today or not.
The history
Vore has always existed. The world just did not want to see it.
For most of recorded history, vore was the stuff of rumor. Old stories, folk legends, accounts that nobody could verify. People whispered about it, but nobody had ever actually witnessed a pred in action publicly, or at least nobody who was willing to talk about it openly.
Preds were out there all along. They lived quiet lives, kept to themselves, and made sure the world around them stayed unaware. Women preds would fake being heavily pregnant to explain their rounder silhouette. The stigma was real, and the risk of being found out was not something most preds were willing to take.
That started to change in 2018. And once it did, there was no going back.

2018
Preds go public
For the first time, preds began appearing in public without hiding what they were. Enormous bellies, fuller curves, a physical presence that did not fit any ordinary explanation. People noticed. Some were shocked. Some were afraid. Others were just curious. A few had already suspected something was going on. The conversation started whether the world was ready for it or not.
2019
The first celebrity preds
Public figures started coming out: actresses like Jenna Ortega, Scarlett Johansson or Margot Robbie, influencers, athletes. Once a few well-known faces put their name to it, everything accelerated. The media could not look away, and neither could the public. Vore stopped being a rumor and became a headline.
2020 to 2023
The movement takes hold in Europe and America
Over those three years, vore went from a niche conversation to a cultural reality across Europe and the Americas. Films with pred actresses started coming out. Merchandise appeared in stores. Gen Z preds, many of them just turning 18, began owning their identity openly. Early on, some young women still passed their pred belly off as a pregnancy. As things normalized, that stopped being necessary. Being a pred became something you could say out loud and be proud of.
2023 and beyond
The rest of the world catches up
What had started in the West spread globally. Every continent, every culture, every language had to find its own way of processing the same reality. The conversations looked different everywhere, but the outcome was the same: vore was no longer something you could pretend did not exist.
